Construire une <strong>exp\u00e9rience client<\/strong> adapt\u00e9e aux consommateurs pourrait \u00eatre la cl\u00e9 qui am\u00e8nerait les clients \u00e0 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les achats dans le magasin \u00e0 l\u2019achat en ligne qui est en train d\u2019augmenter.<br\/>Les marques qui prennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur leurs clients se demandent depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es ce qui pourrait pousser un consommateur \u00e0 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer un magasin \u00e0 un autre, quels sont les points forts d\u2019un magasin, comment optimiser l\u2019heure de passage en caisse et \u00e0 quels moments il pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant d\u2019 investir dans la communication.<br\/>Dans la construction de la costumer experience , un r\u00f4le important est jou\u00e9 par le customer journey qui comprend : les souhaits, les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019approfondissement, la d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat, la demande et enfin le support lors du paiement et apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat. Durant toutes ces \u00e9tapes, le client doit pouvoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 ses achats \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019outils tels que paniers et chariots pouvant faciliter son ex\u00e9cution en s\u2019appuyant sur leur l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, leur maniabilit\u00e9 aussi \u00e0 pleine charge, le silence gr\u00e2ce aux roulettes adapt\u00e9es et la personnalisation avec accessoires qui peuvent faciliter le moment des achats.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Un autre point important est la brand identity \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9e par le choix du mobilier le plus adapt\u00e9, la communication dans les magasins, la gamme chromatique utilis\u00e9e (qui int\u00e8gre \u00e9ventuellement les couleurs de la marque). Dans ce point \u00e9galement, il est important de faire appel \u00e0 des fournisseurs capables de fournir des outils d\u2019achat aussi personnalisables que possible, tant en termes de couleurs que de composition.<br\/>La nouvelle cible de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est constitu\u00e9e de consommateurs digitalis\u00e9s, exigeants et attentifs \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9.
