Selon les r\u00e9sultats, les approches de fid\u00e9lisation habituels restent les plus populaires aupr\u00e8s les d\u00e9taillants et les plus susceptibles de trouver un \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s des clients.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les coupons ou les bons d\u2019achat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019instrument de fid\u00e9lisation le plus courant ; le 82 % des d\u00e9taillants interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clare les avoir utilis\u00e9s. Les remises exclusives (75 %) et les recommandations personnalis\u00e9es sur les produits (68 %) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les deux approches les plus utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Un autre point cl\u00e9 pour la fid\u00e9lisation des clients est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat dans le magasin.
